Day 3. Sorrento
Head to Capri today and experience the beauty of this island which has, throughout the ages, inspired art and literature. It is this island that Homer's Odysseus, in the epic poem The Odyssey, narrowly avoids the captivating song of the sirens.

Day 4. Sorrento

Day 5. Sorrento
Today, consider taking a trip to Naples and hike Mount Vesuvius or tour the ruins of Pompeii. Mount Vesuvius' infamous eruption in 79 A.D buried the entire town of Pompeii in about 20 inches of ash. Today, the town has been excavated and is open to visitors hoping to get a glimpse of the town suspended in time.
Day 6. Depart Italy
Make your way back to Naples Airport (NAP) in accordance with your departure flight. Be sure to leave extra time to drop off your car at the rental area.Â
